Recipes that have been used since ancient times on the territory of Ukraine by our ancestors are a unique heritage that, due to time and circumstances, was not fully used and was forgotten. Peter and Galina Kurdov say that reviving the cheese traditions of Bessarabia is their vocation and goal. Local farmers' raw materials are used for cooking. The producers are confident of its quality.
The most popular cheeses are hard cow cheese "Black Princess", hard goat "Nativity Scene" and sheep one "Budzhak".

Visit to Villa Tinta winery. Wine tasting. A bright start to the visit will be a tasting of sparkling Tintarella on the roof of our winery. The panorama of lake Yalpug on one side, on the other - the same vineyards, the wine of which is suitable for any weather, is really worth seeing. We go down to the winery and get acquainted with the technological process of processing grapes, production and bottling of still and sparkling wines. And now, practice! We move from the tasting room to the wine cellar. There is a difficult task ahead-to evaluate 7 types of wines!

Tour of the city of Bolgrad
Dry-cured food tasting and lunch with Bulgarian dishes. We invite you to visit the only family-owned production of meat delicacies in our region "Balkanski yastia". Dry-cured sausages are made according to old Balkan recipes using local raw materials of local animal breeds and spices grown independently. During the tasting, which is led by founder Sergey Rusev, you will get acquainted with the process of creating meat delicacies, as well as try about 10 types of meat and other products of the hospitable owner.
