Excursion with tasting.
We will see a new, modern European-style cheese factory that uses the latest and authentic equipment from the Netherlands, using original Dutch technologies under the control of Ukrainian master cheese makers.
A tour and story about the farm (the conditions of keeping the cows, feeding, milking, etc.) + the observation of the process of cheese making and maturing, tasting of 5 types of cheese, photo zone and a company store where you can buy any cheese on the fairing close.
At the cheese factory there'll be:
- tour of the territory
- tasting of 5 types of cheese.

Winery of the Marquis Christophe de Lacarin de Fabiani.
Excursion with tasting.
The story of how a hereditary aristocrat, winemaker and perfumer, originally from Bordeaux, found inspiration in a Bessarabian village to grow grapes and create eco-friendly, original wines based on old French recipes.
Such wines are called "locked" - this means that the product is produced from beginning to end in one place, there is a full cycle: growing and harvesting grapes, manufacturing, bottling, aging, packaging.
We will see the house where Monsieur lives-a modest one-story building built by Swiss colonists in 1822, cellars where wine is produced and stored, a farm with goats, horses, chickens, vineyards.
At the wooden table, we will have a wine tasting with goat cheese with Provencal herbs, French terrine (pate) and homemade bread-a classic set in the French style.
This is a story about a man who lives very simply, works hard, is passionate about his business and gets real pleasure from his life.
At the farm there'll be:
- tour of the farm and wine cellar
- tasting of wine, homemade goat cheese, French pate, homemade bread.

Satisfied, we go back to Odessa.
A sanitary stop is planned on the way. Arrival is approximately at 21: 00.
